Tescao warrior’s art

Tescao martial art originated in Tibet. It was practiced in narrow family circles and this technique wasn’t released for a long time. Nowadays, Yury Nikolaevich Monkhoev is the Tescao Grand Master. He teaches in schools of Russia, Europe and the USA. The image of an eagle and a bull on the emblem symbolizes an interaction of speed and lightness with force and firmness.

Tescao is a martial art system which includes a wide range of technical combination sets consisting of blows, throws, painful and submission holds. The unique unlimited set of exercises aimed to form learner’s skills to act in non-standard situations is a part of the system. Exercises develop coordination, strength endurance, sense of distance and increase reaction rate harmoniously. They also develop people’s hidden potential, improve their health and sensibility.
